Karen Majerly is an accomplished communications specialist who has an eye for detail and a flair for writing that is backed by more than 15 years of experience in the profession. She is principal of Communications at Work, a company she launched in 2004 after holding a position as Corporate Communications and Media Specialist at GO Transit.

Karen has written and produced a wide range of successful communications materials for her clients, including newsletter and magazine articles, website content, instructional pieces, news releases, and speeches. With an education in journalism and stint as an official media spokesperson, Karen possesses a keen nose for news and understands what will capture the interest of the journalist and his or her audience. Karen's clients also value her for her skilled management of special events and the big picture planning she is able to bring to any project.
